Bantaeng is one of the regencies that was developing rapidly in South Sulawesi. The strategic geographical location makes Bantaeng has a diverse topography, are mountains, hilly plains, and coast widely. the varied landscapes provide an interesting experience for anyone who visits. In addition, Bantaeng has a unique cultural wealth intellectu- ality. Thus, makes our rationale in recommending this city branding named Bantaeng Simplicity!


To realize this idea, we have elaborated several symbols, are Love, People, Collaboration into a new symbol in the form of Seaweed which is also understood as the natural wealth of the city of Bantaeng. From the embodi- ment of the symbol, finally, it can represent a deep meaning about the spirit of ‘gotong royong’.


We designed the brand by understand- ing deeply about the nature potentials, historical sites, and tourism of Bantaeng as a representation of valuable assets while effortlessly carrying its unique presence into the future. In the process of creating this brand identity, we have conducted in-depth research for approximately 6 months and complet- ed the design for 4 months.
